Article as follows with link below. Is the energy industry yet stealing millions legally?

Fighting Mad

Tycoon Jack Grynberg says the energy industry has stolen millions from him — and billions from the government. What if he’s right?

By Alan PrendergastThursday, Nov 16 2006

When Jack Grynberg breezes through the doors of the Grynberg Petroleum Company, attention must be paid. Wearing a dark-blue pinstripe suit, dark glasses and a well-traveled Stetson, an unlit cigar scissored between the fingers of one hand, he seems like a shorter, Greenwood Village-CEO version of the Lone Ranger, come to set things right.

The receptionist hands him a stack of phone messages. There are reports to be reviewed, correspondence needing his signature. Grynberg waves it all aside. A pupil awaits, and there’s nothing the 74-year-old wildcatter likes better than giving lessons in how the oil and gas industry really operates.

Grynberg leads the way down a corridor cluttered with boxes of legal files, past his paper-strewn corner office and shelves crammed with maps and production reports from gas fields around the world, to a conference room bedecked with seismic readouts and more maps. He dims the lights, takes off his hat, leaves the shades and the stogie in place. Then he fires up a PowerPoint presentation dealing with one of his industry’s most closely guarded secrets: not how to find natural gas — that’s the easy part — but how to steal it.

“In the summer of 1994, I went out to a field where I had 22 gas wells in northwestern Colorado,” he begins. “This is the Blue Gravel Field, just eighteen miles north of Craig. I’d been getting monthly reports from the pipeline company on the amount of gas production and the heating-content analysis. To get the heating content, you have to have a temperature probe.”

He pauses. On the screen, a diagram of a gas pipeline flashes, showing the gas going through a separator and a dehydrator before reaching a meter and a probe.

“I went out there,” he continues, “and I couldn’t find a single probe. Not for 22 wells.”

For the next hour or so, Grynberg holds forth on the dozens of ways that pipeline companies and other entities can chisel gas producers out of their due. The alleged techniques involve mis-measuring gas volume and heat content (BTUs) or not measuring at all; tampering with meters or bypassing them; funny math, bad chemistry and substandard equipment. It’s an astonishing lecture, backed up by court exhibits that Grynberg has used in his prodigious litigation against some of the largest gas companies in the country. He speaks quietly, but with a tone of unmistakable outrage:

“There are eleven ways to steal using analog meters. I went to a place where they make the meters in Littleton, and they showed me six ways you could tamper with the spring…. Then I discovered that on nine of my wells, they had the audacity to be super-crooks, to have a line going around the meter…. Here’s a picture of the orifice plate. If it’s larger than reported or it’s chipped, the computations can be off to the fourth power.”

It would be easy to dismiss another man ranting about a far-flung conspiracy to cheat him as slightly paranoid — but not Grynberg. After more than forty years in the business, his family-owned companies have interests in hundreds of wells, most of them overseas, with a success rate that would put most independents to shame. And over the past two decades, he’s fared almost as well in the courtroom as he has drilling for gas. Although many of the settlements are confidential, Grynberg says he’s collected more than $60 million from his lawsuits against the energy giants, including whopping checks from Kinder Morgan, Questar and even Enron, years before its notorious collapse.

Among his foes, Grynberg is regarded as intensely litigious, “a professional plaintiff,” a nuisance, a pariah and worse. He hasn’t always prevailed in his lawsuits; even the savviest oilman hits a few dry holes. But his accusations of widespread fraud in the oil and gas industry have implications well beyond his own pocketbook. They’ve attracted the attention of Congress, government investigators and watchdog groups looking into how energy companies have shortchanged taxpayers and Indian tribes on billions of dollars of royalties owed for production on reservations, public lands and offshore leases.

Much of the heat has fallen on the Minerals Management Service, an obscure branch of the Department of the Interior responsible for collecting federal royalties on oil, gas and mineral leases. Energy production on federal lands has soared in recent years, spurred on by higher prices. But under the Bush administration, the MMS has cut back sharply on the number of audits it conducts of energy companies, despite alarming reports of bungled leases and dubious accounting (“Duke of Oil,” September 8, 2005). That’s prompted several MMS auditors, frustrated by their bosses’ refusal to pursue cases of possible fraud, to file their own claims against the companies under the False Claims Act, a federal law that allows whistleblowers to sue on behalf of the government and collect a portion of any proceeds for themselves.

The Project on Government Oversight, a Washington-based nonprofit, has identified more than $11 billion in lawsuit settlements owed by oil and gas companies to states, tribes, the feds and private parties as a result of royalty underpayments from 1990 to 2001. But that may be just the beginning. “There’s no doubt that there’s an enormous amount of fraud,” says Beth Daley, POGO’s director of investigations. “They’ve been caught with their hands in the taxpayers’ pockets over and over again.”

Dr. Conrad Voltz is our “Environmental Health Hero” in PA! Read this news release from Pittsburgh Post Gazette! Cheers for terrifying tears!

Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection spokeswoman Katy Gresh said seven treatment plants, including six in southwestern Pennsylvania, have ceased processing fracking waste. She couldn’t say for sure their reasons for doing so.

Mr. Perciasepe testified that some wastewater plants are ill-suited to treat the fluid, which is mostly water but also includes a cocktail of chemicals that would be dangerous in drinking water. The state has demanded additional and frequent testing for harmful contaminates at facilities that treat fracking fluids and public water suppliers downstream from them, though its tests last fall showed no abnormal radioactivity.

Mr. Perciasepe testified that possible solutions for treatment plants would be to put new constraints on plants that treat fracking waste, or to pre-treat the wastewater before it arrives.

Jeff Cloud, the vice chairman of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, testified that in his state, fracking waste is barred from being processed at treatment plants. This prompted Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., who chaired the hearing of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, to wonder why this isn’t the case in Pennsylvania and elsewhere.

The answer is partially due to geology.

In Oklahoma and other states, leftover fluid can be re-injected into abandoned wells. This is not possible in Pennsylvania because the geology doesn’t permit deep well injections.

Conrad “Dan” Volz, of the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Public Health, testified that the waste could go to sites in Ohio, but it’s more convenient for Pennsylvania companies to dispose flowback water in nearby treatment plants. And, he said, it was an “oversight” by DEP to allow it.

A critic of DEP and of environmental impacts of the Marcellus Shale drilling boom, Dr. Volz recently announced he is leaving Pitt because the administration was trying to muzzle his views.

“I was told not to talk about a lot of Marcellus Shale issues that are very politically sensitive, and I wasn’t willing to do that,” he said in an interview after the hearing, adding that he might return to consulting.

Dr. Volz testified about his study finding that a creek in Indiana County, located near a treatment facility that took on flowback water, had a slew of contaminates. An industry group discounted the study as isolated and limited to an area with no impact on drinking water or other human activities.

Much of the hearing focused on the debate over whether federal or state authorities should be the primary regulators of fracking. The process is exempt from federal oversight except when diesel fuel is used in fracking or when the EPA sees an imminent danger.

Sen. Bob Casey, D-Pa., testified before the committee on the merits of his bill that would give EPA oversight over the practice. Instead of regulations of varying strength across different states, Mr. Casey said, “I’m in favor of a national standard.”

Support for and criticism of his FRAC Act broke on predictable partisan lines, with Democrats backing Mr. Casey and Republicans opposed.

Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., a leading EPA critic, lauded the economic benefits of increased natural gas drilling in Pennsylvania and other states.

“A virtual boom in natural gas development is transforming America’s energy security — due in no small measure to the absence of federal regulation,” he said.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Another Professor Voltz, news story is on the Pittsburgh Channel as follows:

PITTSBURGH — THE PITTSBURGH CHANNEL.com

A University of Pittsburgh professor is taking his fight against Marcellus Shale gas drilling to Washington.

Dr. Conrad Volz told Team 4′s Jim Parsons that he’s concerned about the estimated 120 Marcellus Shale gas wells drilled in Pennsylvania every month.

On Tuesday, Volz, an outspoken critic of hydraulic fracturing in the drilling, took his fight to Washington.

“There can be risks of catastrophic blowout, explosion, and/or fire,” said Volz.

Volz didn’t back down from his assault on Marcellus Shale gas drilling as he testified before a Joint Congressional Committee.

“More violations than conventional gas wells, per offending well, and that those violations are more serious and the violations have a more direct impact on water quality,” he said.

Volz said he’s leaving Pitt next month with some of his research still unfinished.

He never published his findings from an air quality study he began last year.

He was using complex scientific equipment to measure air pollutants near Marcellus Shale wellheads and processing plants.

The Zimmermann family near Avella, Washington County, allowed Volz to take air samples at their home.

“If the wind is running at you, you can’t stand there. You’ll get asphyxiated. It’s real bad. I don’t know what it is. We’re trying to find out what it is,” said George Zimmermann.

But they never did find out because Volz ended the study without releasing findings.

A Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection study released last year found no major air-related health issues near Marcellus Shale gas facilities.

Volz instead concentrated his research on gas drilling impacts on water.

Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Casey has used Volz’s studies to bolster his argument for a National FRAC Act.

“I’m in favor of a national standard. Why should we have a set of tough environmental rules that protect drinking water and groundwater in one state and have a state next door that has a whole other set of rules?” said Casey.

Several Republican senators argued Tuesday against national oversight, saying states are doing an effective job of regulating shale gas drilling.

TV MSNBC: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/42561038/ns/local_news-pittsburgh_pa/

This Picture does not belong with the story but contributed by an unknown author. Not copyright protected. A better illustration of the horizontal drill which gets the aquifer into the picture. Don’t get your eyes on 6 thousand feet below the surface. Think A….B…C…. Who tested any water in PA for hundreds of poisons used in drilling fluids, yet? Be concerned with the exempted poisons used in drilling fluids never tested for! Health Not Wealth! Focus on the aquifer when the drillbit hits it. How does the driller bring the cuttings back out of aquifer before the pipe is cemented in place? Is there really a safe way to drill when the aquifer is not six thousand feet below the surface?

Fracking, Drilling Halted at 36 Pennsylvania Wells Following Water Contamination

Click on a similar link for more of the Bradford Gas Industry Woes. PADep goes by dep’s new rule which limits PA gas inspectors from fining the gas industry, getting better for who in PA?

http://www.newsinferno.com/fracking/fracking-drilling-halted-at-36-pennsylvania-wells-following-water-contamination/

Tis a shame no citizen in Bradford, PA like elsewhere in PA: Had their water pre or post tested for all exempted toxic man made chemicals used in drilling fluids.

Drilling chemicals with poisons in them were taken off the water testing list in 2005, a cold hearted move?

The blueprint:   PA Gas Wells;   2005 gas drilling toxic exempted chemicals;  no toxic chemical water testing is done by PADep;

regulatory gas inspectors cannot fine the gas industry; PA hired a staff which speeds up gas drilling permits; PA is a freeway cleaned and greened by blueprint design:

“Federal Route 2005″

Street: PA Route 2011

City: Freepass

State: PA

Tis here at “Federal Route 2005″ you now find “Shameful Keystone Ammenities”

Tis a shame the chemicals used in drilling fluids shown on MSDS sheets were exempted from PADep water testing because of the shameful: “Federal Route 2005″

Tis a shame no regulatory agency (state or federal) is warning folks near the drill that exempted toxic drilling chemicals are known to be harmful to health on the shameful: ”Federal Route 2005″

Tis a shame the gas industry cannot drill through formations without using exempted poisons in drilling fluids but should wait for newer safer technology to be invented…..

but the gas industry is now swiftly riding along the shameful “Federal Route 2005″ on a “PA Route 2011″.

Tis a shame the gas industry designed a nice horizontal drilling illustration which shows there is solid rock thousands of feet below the water aquifer. This illustration makes you feel safe!

If you notice, as the CSpan Senator on TV April 12, 2011 presented the horizontal drilling illustration, he moved quickly to thousands of feet below in solid rock formations and did not remain long on the aquifer-groundwater

which is your drinking water. The pipe on his drilling illustration is shown as being cemented in place, nice trick and snow job.

Here is the real story: The drillbit goes into the aquifer, drinking water. The drillbit must inject chemicals to lift the cuttings out of the hole!

What happens a few hundred feet before solid rock with crevices?

At every gas drilling presentation, you will see this uniquely designed horizontal drilling illustration which shows the pipe is cemented in place in the aquifer before it continues thousands of feet below in rock formations. Use your common sense….. do your research. You have a computer or you wouldn’t be reading this today.

State Route 2011 has a green light which is always open in PA for gas drilling. PA will create a natural gas market for the gas industry, convert everything to natural gas!

State Route 2011 likely has many uninformed citizens near many gas wells without a clue about toxic chemicals used in drilling fluids: “Do your own survey”

The aquifer is the sweet spot. When the drillbit hits the ground water (aquifer), it needs a surfactant or other method to bring the drill cuttings back to the surface! Circulation must continue!

A. If the gas industry could put a pipe through the aquifer, cement case the pipe in place before using surfactants or other chemicals to lift those cuttings out of the hole

then perhaps we could move away from fears of pollution then

B. start to focus on the thousands of feet where drilling chemicals are yet injected below the aquifer then where you

C. …see perforations occurring in the above illustration there would be: explosions, released methane… and you yet have unknown crevices, faults, seeps…migration, etc. with no underground cameras to see what occurs and where chemicals remain in underground formations. No discusses the chemicals which do not flowback to the pit.

The senator at CSpan TV April 12 2011 bragged: ”These states say there has never been a proven case of fracturing pollution for years!

That’s right, he focused on the word PROVEN!

Perhaps someone should ask him who can prove anything related to an industry which legally uses toxic chemicals and have never been tested for in any water tests because: The chemicals are legally exempt, it is o.k. to use them, don’t test for them in water supplies!

The senator at CSpan TV April 12, 2011 doesn’t take into consideration there were no computers and internet years ago! Let’s base fracturing fact finding violations on the years 2008 to the current time.

Then you can see there are other elected officials who are either yet uneducated on the real story or perhaps find it easier to be sold a bag of lies?

What does your neighbor know about drilling chemicals which have been used for years and years to drill vertical or horizontal wells near them?

How many citizens years ago…. had issues after drilling and never reported pollution or water loss to the regulatory agency? Most of those citizens reported issues to the gas company, like they yet do today?

Human Health studies are not yet in on exempted drilling fluids. Human Health studies will likely never be in! Blame it on the 2005 exemption blueprint.

Scientific labs don’t setup human health studies using live human species, where scientists expose humans to exempted gas drilling chemicals.

Scientific labs are not allowed to test toxic chemicals on humans …. because poisons in whatsoever amount over a period of time could damage human body organs!

Fish, rats and other spieces are used in lab testing setting, they are exposed with small amounts poisons but they too are never exposed to hundreds of exempted drilling poisons. No real cumulative health effect results are available by design for the industry which produces the money via toxic methods.

Catch 22

The gas industry is allowed to use those exempted chemicals in drilling fluids then inject them near the aquifer (your drinking water) beginning the first day of the drill.

As the drillbit begins to chew into the subsurface, they may try to use air but most likely they will encounter water and use an exempted chemical to do the job.

Can the gas industry absolutely claim they have never released any of their exempted toxic chemicals into the aquifer (groundwater) since there are no water tests to prove none of the chemicals are there? Perhaps call it hearsay or a theory?

There are always risks near your aquifer ( groundwater) before thousands of feet underground, and after the aquifer…thousands of feet below it.

There are no guarantees it hasn’t happened and no guarantees it will never happen, it is all based on hopes the exemptions yet work.

The right choice for America today would be this:

“The gas industry should wait for newer and safer drilling technology to produce fossil fuels: “Without any poisons, whatsoever, in the drilling process” That would be getting it right.

We all fear this isn’t going to happen. We know there is a golden goose on the loose….. thousands of feet below the aquifers….in underground formations in Pennsylvania and chemicals are injected next to our

drinking water supplies before those thousands of feet, of solid rock layers.

As politically minded Professor Engelder stated: “There will be sacrifices until the gas industry gets it right.” The gas industry has a “PA 2011 Route“ now cleaned and ” the green light is always on”

Clearville Concerned Citizens searched for help for years, then found ears. Someone else was concerned in New York.

The gas industry can quickly destroy your water with their exempted toxic drilling poisons. See the link on the right column: Bush

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/08/10/business/worldbusiness/10iht-water.2438303.html

The gas industry knew the chemicals used in drilling fluids are poisons. That is why the former Bush/Cheney seized laws to protect the gas industry in 2005.

Wall Street Corporations with right connections, government creates laws, just in time, upcoming demand and supply…keep those stockholders alive while citizens

strive to stay alive. The government is putting on a big show about an EPA fracturing study. There are no health studies done on humans exposed to toxic poisons used

in drilling fluids, now exempt. That is what you get when it comes to citizens having a voice in government now run by corporations.

It doesn’t matter if you know what poisons are used in the drilling chemicals, what matters is who will test your water for hundreds of poisons used in the drilling fluids and what will happen to your health?

Will you drink your water after gas drilling if it has not been tested for the poisons used in drilling fluids?

Don’t believe PADep tests your water for hundreds of toxic exempted drilling poisons. Those poisons are not on the SDWA. There is no way to do it right like Engelder politically stated with Ingraffea.

No drilling should be done until it can be done without poisons in the drilling fluids.

You can’t survivie without clean water.

A barrel of water in the future will be worth more than a barrel of oil.

There are no human health studies done on the health effects of the hundreds of poisons used in drilling fluids. Over a period of time, day after day of exposure, your body organs near gas drilling will

suffer irrepreparable damage. Drilling with poisons in any amount should be abolished until they can do it right without poisons in the drilling fluids. That is the only way it can be done right.

TROY, Pa. (AP) — Some politicians in Pennsylvania say the burgeoning development of the natural gas industry is good for the state’s economy, but one laundromat owner doesn’t want any part of it.

Troy Schoenly says he’s fed up with natural gas workers bringing overly greasy clothes to his self-service laundry, Troy’s Suds Depot. And not just that, he doesn’t want their muddy trucks at his car wash, either.

Schoenly tells WNEP-TV the extra-dirty clothes gum up the washing machines at his Bradford County business and then he has to disassemble them for cleaning. The dirty trucks are a problem because he says they leave behind big piles of mud that turn off his longtime customers.

Schoenly says the really greasy clothes should be handled by a commercial uniform company instead.

IF A NURSE BECAME ILL FROM BEING EXPOSED TO THE GAS INDUSTRY WORKER’S CLOTHING, IS IT SAFE TO BE EXPOSED TO GAS INDUSTRY WORKER CLOTHING IN A LAUNDROMAT?

Laundromat owner says the grease on the clothes gum up the washers and he never gets paid a dime. He is FEDUP, losing money and business and perhaps a lawsuit if clothing poisons humans?

Landowners had grease & grit in water after gas drilling, had to replace water pumps in well. Landowners are FEDUP, had poisons in water and paid cost to fix the water pump.

Landowners water tasted terrible after drilling; whole house filters costing $11,000. or more were installed. Landowners are FEDUP while the environmental agencies protect the gas industry and makes citizens bear costs.

Landowners drank, bathed and cooked with water after gas drilling which was compromised after the drill. Landowners are FEDUP while environmental agencies protect the gas industry instead of protecting their health.

Perhaps the laundromat owner should be more fearful of what toxic poisons are on gas workers clothes brought into his business establishment which contain gas drilling chemicals?

Gas industry workers are clueless about the 2005 exempted toxic drilling poisons. The clueless disease continues with the new chief at PADep. The laundromat owner knows the grease clogs the washers, he is likely clueless to the poisons on the clothing.

A video slide show of exempted chemicals used at the drilling site. No regulatory agency tests water for these exempted poisons because in 2005 they were removed from the SDWA. The poisons are safe!

Click here to see the poisons used at the drilling site: http://www.youtube.com/user/sistersister2727

Drilling Poisons in Drilling Fluids are health RISKS….that is why they were exempted in 2005. You are clueless if you don’t know the truth.

The new PADEP Chief appointed by Corbbutt, must approve gas drilling fines before dep can fine the gas industry?

Either the new PADEP CHIEF is clueless or is he a money grabber too, and doing what he is told to do, like the $800,000 Gas Drilling King.

Oil and gas inspectors policing Marcellus Shale development in Pennsylvania

will no longer be able to issue violations to the drilling companies they regulate

without first getting the approval of top officials.

For the rest of this story click here: http://www.propublica.org/article/pennsylvania-limits-authority-of-oil-and-gas-inspectors

Where is the health protection for humans, wildlife and aquatic life? There are no health experts or Professors serving in the best interests of humans at PADep or EPA.

The man made poisons used in drilling fluids are never tested for by PADEP or EPA. The man made poisons used in drilling fluids were exempted in 2005 with Bush & Cheney!

Any water testing PADEP offers to citizens near Marcellus drilling does not include testing for hundreds of exempted man made toxic chemicals used in the drilling fluids. See the plan in action?

The drillers are using poisons injected through the drillbit. When the driller hits water in the underground formation, they use toxic chemicals such as those with 2 butoxyehtnaol in it which will

bring the cuttings back to the surface. The driller told the suds we saw at the pit was similar to a laundry detergent. The MSDS sheet said it is: “Poison”.

Aqua Clear Airfoam B is one of the chemicals used to drill the horizontal wells in Clearville, PA in 2009. See it in the slide video.

Governor Corbett is promoting natural gas drilling in PA, isn’t this his job? Corbett received hefty political contributions from the natural gas industry.

The government, the gas and oil industry, our state government, and state environmental ‘protection agencies’ say policies are based on “Science and Fact” based information?

Dr. Conrad Voltz has researched those toxic lies based on Science and so called Facts! Click on link to Dr. Voltz credentials: http://www.pitt.edu/~cdv5/Biography.htm

The New York Times is on the environmental pollution job. It reports: “EPA, Lisa Jackson is on her way to PA” She is ordering testing at treatment plants?

http://protectingourwaters.wordpress.com/2011/03/09/new-york-times-e-p-a-steps-up-scrutiny-of-pollution-in-pennsylvania-rivers/

Dr. Conrad Voltz has noted:

In the Pittsburgh area, natural gas poisons are edging up in the water over the past two years and elsewhere in PA.

Natural gas drilling wastes carry with them serious health problems. “Toxic Truths” exposed by: Dr. Conrad Voltz.

“Toxic Lies” have been told to the public for years, your health near gas drilling was at risk and no one knew about it in the past.

Dr. Conrad Voltz, “The Poison Wizard” has unlocked more “Natural Gas Industry Toxic Lies” in PA.

Dr. Conrad Voltz said: ” This is a Public Health Emergency!”

There is: “No Public Health Representation“ at any government level! Dr. Conrad Voltz wants to know why health representatives are not appointed and serving citizens “In the best interests of a “Public Health Good” at PADep & EPA?

Gov. Corbett elected gas industry representatives to serve on PA natural gas committees. This shows how important your health is to this PA gas king governor.

There was not one “Health expert appointed at any government protection agency or on any government PA gas industry committee”.

“Governor Corbett could stop the natural gas drilling and so could your elected officials” BUT…. They want the money and chose wealth over your health.

Forget 911, when exposed to the gas industry poisons: There are no: “Public health gas industry poison physicians on duty at any emergency room!

That’s the way ”Sweetheart Deals” work, it is all about protecting the natural gas industry and the filthy lucre which buys gas industry representation!

May God Have Mercy on poison minded evil doers, backed by corrupted money for wealth.

Think about your health. Money won’t buy it back once it is gone. “Dr. Conrad Voltz says this is a ”Health Emergency Crisis, there are no health warnings to humans near natural gas industry operations?”

Do you live near natural gas industry operations? How is your health today, how will it be in five years after continual exposures to the exempted gas industry poisons in the water, air and soil?

When you die: Will your dealth certificate note your dealth was due to natural gas environmental toxins ? “You, wilted…. suffered, unknown illnesses, just like the good old days, as others died in the past near gas industry facilities with unknown diseases and were never warned about the toxic health hazards from gas industry operations, just like today?

This is a: ”Health Emergency Crisis”, according to Dr. Conrad Voltz, with no public health representation at PADep or EPA?

Get health professors and experts to serve as representatives for the public health good, at PADep.

Get health professors and experts to serve on the natural gas committee in PA instead of the gas industry representatives appointed by the Governor.

Get EPA staffed and headed by health experts and health professors for a public health good, instead of having representation appointed by the government, elected officials bought off, or paid for, by the gas industry.

Save lives, …. Emergency Rooms are not ready for humans exposed to gas industry environmental poisons because wealth in PA now takes precedense over health.

BaKken watch.org, Corbett and his so called water tests...another joke on humans, wildlife and aquatic life. natural gas drilling poisons are not being tested for and like a dog, you may need to eat grass so they can have their gas?

Witness the devastation at one North Dakota farm where hydraulic fracturing (fracking) is taking place in multiple nearby locations.

NOTE: “Welcome to the Jungle” is by Guns N Roses. Bakken Watch does not own the copyright to the song and claims no ownership.

Bakken Watch , A youtube farm video.

Also…

Witness the devastation in Pennsylvania, multiple Clearville, PA locations, multiple impacts drilled within 2 years, a once exceptional watershed known as the West Sideling Hill which leads to the Potamac River.

Hundreds of toxic man made chemicals were used in drilling fluids. No one admitted there were man made poisons in the drilling fluids including PADep, but video slides don’t lie.

See: www.//youtube.com/sistersister2727

Man made drilling chemicals are poisons, they are odorless, invisible and tasteless but sometimes appear as suds on your stream or pond. The gas industry or PADep may tell you those suds

are naturally occurring, they are just like your laundry soap. The gas industry laundry soap in Clearville, PA was called Aqua Clear Airfoam B. The main poison noted on the MSDS sheet is: 2 butoxyethanol.

Citizens have no health representation with any state or federal agency. Government exempts and ignores the gas industry poisons; humans near the drill, wither and die: “Classified as naturally occurring death?”

There are no environmental regulatory agencies with any health experts or professors serving on any state or EPA environmental board of directors. Humans, wildlife and aquatic life live with health hazards because the gas industry has a healthy appetite for wealth at the expense of our health.

Since there are no health representative experts at any environmental agency, Spencer and Tracie (dog buddies) want to know if will you will drink your water after the toxic gas drilling, near your home, perhaps five miles away?

This is a Howling Warning: “PADep does not test your water for man made toxic drilling chemicals, better known as those poisons not listed on the safe drinking act. Those are guidelines setup by your EPA agency (you know who runs EPA?) No health experts; No health studies on the effects of the gas industry toxic man made drilling chemicals; the gas industry wants the money; the gas industry will not wait until they can develop fossil fuels without poisons. Poison more humans just like the good old days?

A whole house water filter will not filter out all poisons used in the drilling fluids…if it could, Pennsylvania would not have a health emergency crisis at hand with gas industry waste plants!

Spencer and Tracie say: “Lisa Jackson from EPA is on the way in PA.” Will EPA admit the dog gone good truth about the gas industry poisons? Will EPA send health warnings out to save lives?

In Clearville, PA:

Spencer & Tracie (dog buddies) are on their leash due to the gas industry environmental fears in the water in the forest where there are no industrial activities until gas drilling came along.

Dogs can’t talk but if they could, they would also tell you this: “The Corbett, PADep prewater testing plans for prewater testing citizens water near gas drilling, is a big fat joke or an evil hoax!

FACT: PADep will not test any water for hundreds of man made poisons used in drilling fluids not listed on the SDWA. The dogs would say: “You like us dogs, have been deceived!”

The bubbles in the following videos tested positive as: MBAS (methylene blue active substance) meaning these bubbles the dogs drank were man made poisons. If the bubbles were not man

made poisions, used in drilling fluids in 2009, there would have been a zero reading for: MBAS

Spencer & Tracie says: “Dog-Gone Good Joke on Citizens in PA, prewater testing jokes in PA exclude the poisons used in drilling fluids” Howlin… …howla.. lie?

Now relax: Watch A Doggie Tail Video: “Dogs eat grass, get belly aches or seizures after drinking water near gas drilling.”

The other pond video shows the water gets all sudzed up…especially when one stirs it with a stick after gas drilling in a once exceptional clean watershed. Potable water!

Trust the environment to the gas industry? The gas industry will represent you at the state and federal agencies. Will you know them by which hat they are wearing today?

Gas industry or environmental Agency…hats sure to fit.

The dogs video link is here:

The poisoned pond video is here, just stir your pond near gas drilling, see new algae or suds?

Photo taken at the mud tank where the fluids roll out onto the surface which misses the bucket.

There are no regulatory cameras onsite to see what drillers do 24/7. Why not? Cameras at a drilling site could capture the pollution in action!

Cameras at each drilling site would help monitor the surface pollution; Surveillance cameras at a central location at PADEP could help be there 24/7. Make the gas industry pay for the equipment.

PADEP cannot regulate where they cannot see in underground geology, faults and crevices…& other unknowns.

PADep does not test your water for hundreds of man made TOXIC CHEMICALS used in drilling fluids, injected into underground formations. Why not?

MAKE SURE YOUR GAS LEASE CLEARLY STATES THE GAS COMPANY WILL PAY FOR PREWATER AND POSTWATER TESTS

WITH A STATE CERTIFIED LAB OF YOUR CHOICE. Go beyond the normal water testing for gas drilling, also include some of these tests:

MBAS, 2 butoxyethanol; kerosene; glutaraldehyde; hydroxide , sodium bicarbonate; barjum sulfate; xanthan gum,
sodium hydroxide; hydrochloric acid, 5-chloro 2 methy 4 isothiazolin 3 one, crystalline silica, quartz, blast furnace slag; potassium chloride,
bentonite, tridymite; cristobalite, quartz; modified acrylamide copolymer, fly ash; portland cement,
sodium acid pyrophosphate, cellophane; frac sand crystalline silica, quartz,
guar gum; diesel & BTEX chemicals; monoethanolamine; ethylene glycol,
methanol with heavy aromatic petroleum naptha, isopropanol;
